Tax Lookup Codes used in eBtax rules

Hello Community.  I would like to use the FREIGHT_TERMS Order Management lookup code in an eBtax rule for some AR invoices.  I see the FREIGHT_TERMS lookup set available in the Tax Lookup Codes in eBtax but I don't know how to use in a tax rule.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
