Prevent specific user of changing workbench configuration or screen sets results

Hi, i didn't like the answer I got so far, so i'm double checking on this.

I want the ability to change the screen sets result page and/or workbenches be set by user or user role. The only control I've found for this is setting the property glog.webserver.finder.results.configurable=false. however, this is a global setup and not user based or role based.

I've also searched for access control entry points to control this but I found none.
