Our database instance crashed with the issue below:

ORA-00210: cannot open the specified control file

ORA-00202: control file: '+RECO_OJSC3/bib_p1/controlfile/current.257.886381907'

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +RECO_OJSC3/bib_p1/controlfile/current.257.886381907

ORA-15001: diskgroup "RECO_OJSC3" does not exist or is not mounted

ORA-15204: database version 11.2.0.0.0 is incompatible with diskgroup RECO_OJSC3

ORA-00210: cannot open the specified control file

ORA-00202: control file: '+DATA_OJSC3/bib_p1/controlfile/current.4355.886381891'

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA_OJSC3/bib_p1/controlfile/current.4355.886381891
