Migrating from Hyperion to PBCS with change of Chart of accounts/segments

I have noticed that there seems to be a very well defined automated way of migrating an hyperion on-prem  instance to a PBCS instance.

However, my guess is that if I want to change my chart of accounts and therefore create my budgets with a (partially) different set of segments in PBCS, then the automated migration wouldn't be of any help, but I basically would have to do a reimplementation in PBCS.

Or would there still be some elements I could migrate automatically?

Any experiences?
