RPAS 16: Restarting the Fusion Client machine in WLS

Howdy community - quick question for the folks who are using v16 of RPAS:

I've just installed v16 for the first time, and when trying to shut down/ restart the FC machine to activate an updated taskflow, I noticed that it takes > 5 minutes for the machine to be back in 'Running' mode.

It took less than 2 minutes in v15 across various machines. Now I have no v15 comparison time for the exact same server (fresh machine), that's why I am shouting out to the community to see if that's normal in v16, an issue, or just a setup problem on my machine.
