Otm 6.4.2 do not start anymore after parameter changes

Hi guys!

I need a help, we have a OTM 6.4.2 environment, this environment was running normally, without problems, until the functional consultant changed a parameter in the application.

After he changed this parameter, the application crashed. And it does not rise any more.

The web layer starts perfectly by uploading the weblogic and OHS.

The application layer does not start.

In the log /apl/applmgr/Oracle/otm/logs/appserver/console.log.0 the following message appears:
