What are the limitations in E1 9.2 for "Blue Stack" - WebSphere?

Management has previously vetoed moving to Oracle Technology Stack for financial reasons. I need to know what we will and will not be able to do following an upgrade to 9.2.1 (from TR 9.1.4) in order to make my case.
