JDE Upgrade 9.2 TC fails F98950

Hi,

We are in process of upgrade our JDE system from E810 to E920.

DV920 upgrade completed successfully .

Facing issue while upgrading PY environment.

PY data only upgrade completed successfully for E810 to E910. Facing issue while data only upgrade  from PY910 to PY920.

TC for F98950 fails, which runs on deployment server.

Request you to see the attachment for ini's, TC logs, JDE & debug logs captured during PY910 to PY920 data only upgrade process.

JDE Release 9.2

Tools 9.2.1

Previous Release 8.10

Database: MS SQL 2014

OS : windows 2012 R2
