Pending Certifications - Supplemental Employee Life

Hi everyone. My organization will begin using the Pending Functionality for Supplemental Employee Life elections.

Plan:

Supplemental Employee Life

Options:

1x Compensation

2x Compensation

3x Compensation   <---- Guaranteed Issue Amount

4x Compensation   <---- Requires Personal Health Application

5x Compensation   <---- Requires Personal Health Application

* How do we prevent anyone already in an option above and beyond the threshold from pending and returning to the guaranteed issue amount?

* Will an employee who elects 5x be defaulted to 3x with an Action Item pending?

* Action Item will be configured to 90 days:

     - Does the 90 days start on the effective date (in this case 01/01/2018)?
