Is it possible in 11.1.2.2 to creat a dynamic calc which would return the result of a specified quar

Is it possible in 11.1.2.2 to create a dynamic calc which would return the result of a specified quarter plus the previous three quarters ?  For example , specify Q1 2017 and get the results through an Essbase retrieve showing Q1 2017, Q4 2016, Q3 2016 Q2 2016.
