Waive Plans
Hello everyone. I work for an organization that currently does not have a Waive option on any of their plans. I am new to Oracle Advanced Benefits and had a few questions:
* Is this standard practice in OAB?
* If not, do you recommend a Waive option on all plans? Including HSA?
* Are there any data issues that might arise from not having Waive plans?
Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide since Open Enrollment is approaching and we have the opportunity to make some changes.
