Local DB Installation

Hello there,

I have successfully installed Siebel Local Client and Tools and now installing Local Database from Tools installation process.

But, this is taking a lot of time. I have installed "Oracle Database Client 12.2.0.1.0" as pre requisite.

It just remained in "post-installation" task in progress.
