Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. RAC DB unable to connect remotely

I have installed 2 node RAC with GRID 12.1.0.2 & Database 12CR1, but I am unable to connect to database remotely getting below error:

ERROR:

ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

Can someone please help
