Location for AGENT_HOME for monitoring RAC

I have a new installation of EM13c and I am trying to add the targets for my MAA system - 2 node 11.2 RAC with 2-node standby.

ORACLE_BASE is on a shared location and this seems to be creating a problem for the intelligent agent.

Can the intelligent agent for a RAC be located on shared storage?   Can the agent location be outside of ORACLE_BASE?
