Using Siebel DISA Extensibility framework

Hi All,

I am trying to use Siebel DISA{Desktop Integration Siebel Framework} Extensibility Framework for POC on my local desktop. I have installed DISA which is up and running. However when I open siebel mobile web client, it gives the following error.:

Failed to connect to Desktop Integration Siebel Agent on your machine! Please make sure it's running or check its configurations.(SBL-UIJ-52894)

Please suggest what could be the issue here.
