no data display on host home screen

Hi,

I upgrade the oms and agents from 13c to 13c latest 13.2 plugin update 1. everything shows up and running but when i go to any host home page it shows no data display.

I checked that data collection is enabled,

tried to restart oms and agents

run the root.sh script from all agent host machines

but still no data display shows on host home page. Please see the screenshot and let me know if I am missing anything here.
