Create a custom value set to validate if a string lenght is between 15 and 30

Hi all,

I'm trying to do something somewhat pretty basic, but I'm having a hard time. I'm looking to do exactly what's in Creating Value Set for Descriptive Flexfield Segment numeric range validation(Doc ID 1988267.1) but for a string.

How can I easily validate if a descriptive flexfield segement is longer than 14 caracters et smaller than 30.

Fixing the upper limit is fairly easy using maximum length. I'm looking for an elegant way of doing it for the bottow value.
