iexpense mobile customization

Hi,

   We are planning to implement Oracle fusion mobile expense which would integrate with EBS 12.2.6 .  We have customized some pages in iexpense on EBS 12.2.6 such as showing templates based on certain business conditions. We changed the underlying VO.  How can those changes be implemented in the mobile app. Currently the mobile app shows all the templates but we want to limit based on certain business conditions which we are able to do so in EBS 12.2.6 . 

   What all changes can we do in the mobile app ? Is there a way to add new fields such as links to 3rd party system to enter additional information about the expense?
