Concurrent Request Set

I created to request sets for Payable and Cost Managements to run everyday.  In the creation of the sets in request parameters, I set the end date to 'Current date'.  Now when I am setting the request sets to run everyday, the program running everyday but the current date stays the same date of the date of setting the request.  Why the program is not changing the End Date to the current date?
