Patching Failed 12.1.0

Hi All

My grid infastructure is 12.1.0.2.0. My CRS is not started due to asm bug ( ORA600 ) . Then oracle ask me to apply lates PSU. When i apply PSU it id failed due to it can't shutdown / start  CRS stack due to the bug. How can i skip this step to apply Patch ?
