P43Q10 - While Submitting Error Weighting Does Not Equal 100 Percent

As i would like to implement Operation Sourcing at client end.  I am facing error while submitting data in P43Q10 for bidders.

I had added new RFX data in P43Q10 and try to submit it and i was facing error as Error Weighting Does Not Equal 100 Percent.
