Unable to incorporate Rich Text Editor in oracle forms.

Want to show rich text editor in oracle forms for which we have used frite.jar. However, during form runtime the field is coming non editable and no editor tool bar is coming. We are unable to see the Rich Text Editor. Please suggest a way to do this.
