Difference between Asset Disposal and Asset Retirement ?

Hi Gurus,

Could you please let me know the exact difference between the Asset Disposal and Asset Retirement.

and ..

1, Both the cases after doing Disposal or Retirement the NBV will get zero for the Assets

2. Where exactly we can find whether the asset would have been Disposed or Retired.

3. What is the accounting impact after doing the Disposal and Asset Retirement.
