3C Engine Issue when multiple Comment Categories in one Event Definition

At the University of Ottawa, we just noticed a bug with the 3C Engine assigning Events with more than one 3C Comment Category in them. The process associates the same COMMENTS content for all comments in the same 3C Event. We were able to replicate in Sandbox. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a known bug and resolution? I was unsuccessful in finding anything.
