Set Default JOBQUEUE for report

I used to be able to set the DEFAULT JOBQUEUE on my FAT client for reports. I haven't needed to do this for awhile so I am not sure when it changed, but now when I try to set job queue the P98305 W98305E form is only looking at local queues.

Not sure why this is. I need to set some update reports to run in our single inline queues.

Any ideas?
