Unable to add records on Item Attribute Control screen in Inventory

Hi,

We are doing an item conversion to load items from 11i to R12. In the process of testing, I created a few items manually in the Master Items screen in R12. But the tabs Inventory and Costing are disabled in R12 even though they are enabled in 11i. To enable these 2 tabs, I checked the "Item Attribute Control" screen and saw that few records for Inventory and Costing are missing in R12 even though they are defined in 11i.

For this reason, I wanted to add records in this screen but don't have the access to add more records in R12 and also in 11i. Insert icon on the top menubar is disabled.
