R12 General Ledger: GL Approval limit setup

Every time there is replacement of a new supervisor / manager or job role changes; Instead of getting the same Approval Limit like the earlier manager was having, GL Approval limit (Manual Journal Approval) has to be set up for each new manager else the workflow will get stuck in btw with the error like there is no approver/there is no approval limit for the current manager.

So, could you please suggest on how to fix this that the new manager should be having the same approval limt?
