Code is not pick up by the application( InfoManager and InfoCenter) in Web-logic

We had modified the Autheticator.jar code from our application but doing the deployment in WebLogic admin console, and check the log file, we are seeing that the new code has not been pick in up by the application.

The code has been dropped in this path:

/opt/oracle/products/knowledge/IC/instances/InfoCenter/webapps/infocenter/app/WEB-INF/lib/

We are needing the help to understand why and fix that.
