How to setup ASCP to suggest morethan Demand quantities?

Hi All,

We are in R12.1.3 (Process Manufacturing) environment and using unconstrained ASCP to determine our Supply and Demand.

We are looking features to set up ASCP to suggest more than required demands. Is there any where can we set tolerance or percentage that ASCP should consider and suggest to buy more. Need this functionality only for Buy items.

ASCP should suggest to buyers to buy 20% more on the actual Demands of Planned orders.

We don't use Scarp factor and process loss functionalities in the Formula/Recipes. Without this, can we achieve this requirements?

Please suggest your ideas/workarounds/thoughts on this request.
