How to pull deperiaciation into PS_DEPR_RPT?

We added Asset with department A and uploaded Accum Depreciation to department B. Then transferred asset from A to C couple years later. The Depr Calc process always creates deprecation under department B. When Depr report load run, the deprecation have been pulled into PS_DEPR_RPT under department A. Is this correct?
