Unable to dispatch PO's in print format

Upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 and am unable to dispatch PO in print format - if I select EDX it works - only print option is the issue - wondering if some setup needs fixing-

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member Report_status. (180,236) PO_DISPATCH_RPTDEFNMANAGER.ReportDefn.OnExecute Name:ProcessReport PCPC:43684 Statement:989
