OJVM 12.1.0.2.170418 Prerequisites Patches

The OJVM 12.1.0.2.170418 Prerequisites state that the following patches are required prior to patching.  It's not clear to me whether all three or at least one of the three.2.1.0.2.1

Database PSU 12.1.0.2.1 (Oct2014) Patch 19303936

Database Proactive Bundle Patch 12.1.0.2.1 (Oct2014) Patch 19404326

GI System Patch 12.1.0.2.1 (Oct2014) Patch 19392646

This was a new install of the OMS Repository database (12.1.0.2)  that was installed using the Oracle provided template for EM13c late last year and has since been patched with Database PSU 12.1.0.2.170117 and OJVM (JAN2017).  However, an opatch lsinventory only lists patch 19303936, and not the last two.  Should I be OK to install the latest APR2017 DB PSU and OJVM patch sets?
