X6-2 running solaris rebooted with error"Processor Internal Errors (IERR)"

Hi

The user encountered an unexpected reboot and after bringing up the OS, these errors appeared.

The CPU and PCIE2 each has a probability rate of 50, so both could have cause the issue.

In such scenario, how do we determine which component is causing the reboot?
