Sales Order Templates

Hi, I'm working with 9.2 environment and order templates.

I have everything working fine with (2) exceptions.

When entering a sales order for a customer who does not have an associated template, P4015/W4015A still displays and user must 'X' to continue to sales detail. I expected to only see a customer specific template when one exists. There's no need for the display if a template doesn't exist for selection.

Additionally, when entering a sales order for a customer where specific customer template exists, I'm receiving P4015/W4015A display for selection vs. simply displaying the existing template P40215/W40215A?
