How to create Sales Orders from iStore in Partial Price instead of Freeze Price

Hello

We have a requirement to enter freight charges for orders coming through iStore at the time of Ship Confirm. However, since these iStore orders comes as Freeze Price, we are not able to apply charges.

Please advise, how to create Sales Orders from iStore in Partial Price instead of Freeze Price to apply freight charges or any other way to apply freight charges.
