way to find scn number corresponding to previous time

Hi Gurus,

My question is I have Oracle 11.2.0.3 Database.  This is production scenario.  At this point of time we have not implemented Oracle Flashback Technology.  Ultimately we will in future.

We use RMAN to backup this production database.

If we need to restore the database back to yesterday may be approximately 11:03 AM, is there any table or view that shows up what is corresponding SCN number at 11:03 AM Yesterday.

Please let me know.
