Oracle AWR without Diagnostics Option

Hi,

I am asking a generic question about AWR which I think I have the answer for but wanted to get confirmation. We use Oracle 12c on Windows 2012.

We have EE edition licences with the Advanced Security Option but we do not have the diagnostic pack/tuning pack.

In the following link I have read that AWR can be used in an infrastructure database capacity

Infrastructure Repository Databases

A separate single instance Oracle Database can be installed and used as an infrastructure repository for RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) Warehouse, Global Data Services Catalog, and Grid Infrastructure Management Repository without additional license requirements, provided that all the targets are correctly licensed. It may not be used or deployed for other uses.
