Smartview randomly losing urls

Hi,

We're experiencing a strange issue with Smartview (11.1.2.4.610) randomly losing Shared Connection Urls.

We used a combination of a shared SmartviewProviders.xml file (that contains some urls and is placed in C:\Oracle\SmartView\bin on each machine) plus also static urls entered into the Shared Connection Urls box in Smartview options.

Randomly, and we haven't been able to determine what triggers it, the static url will suddenly disappear from the drop down list in options and we are just left with the shared xml file.

We tried manually updating the properties.xml under C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Oracle\SmartView with the 2 urls (one xml file and one workspace url).
