Is there a way to set up a plan in Advanced Benefits so that it is checked without the ability to be

I would like to set up a Basic Life plan that is automatically assigned to everyone who is benefits eligible without the ability for them to uncheck the box when enrolling in benefits via Employee Self-Service.  Is this possible?  Currently I have the setup complete except the employee can still uncheck the box to enroll in Basic Life.
