What is the criteria and recommendation to choose OSB over BPEL for integration with Oracle B2B

With the SOA Suite 12c, we are trying to determine and evaluate when we should be using OSB versus BPEL for integration with Oracle B2B - both inbound and outbound directions. What would be the criteria and the recommended approach?
