AGIS Recipient Not able to Update Transaction

Hi ,

We are implementing the AGIS and AME and we have done the setup for AME as suggested in Oracle document for AME ( Approvals Management Engine (AME) Integration with Advanced Global Intercompany Systems)

but still could not able to succeed , when Initiator initiate the Outbound transaction it is coming to recipient as Inbound Transaction but recipient not able to update the transaction (Update Option is Grey Out) and getting error as below.

Workflow Error - " Encountered an unexpected error when obtaining the approvers and contacts for the organization. "

Wf Notification Error - " Batch 54, Transaction 1, Organization AZF LOG IC Org: Error retrieving contact information "
