Site email address not carried forward when PO is created

Good morning all.

I hope someone can provide guidance with this.

I am new to procurement and I am sure this is a very easy but I just can't see the link.

If you take a look at my attachment it shows:

• correct PO email is set up
• But when the PO leaves us the Communication method is "None" and consequently the email address is ignored

As I said I am sure this is very simple but there but be something missing
