How to define a row (R2) to calculate a percentage based on a values in another row (R1) but same column (C1) divided by the value in Total Column of that row (R1)

Example

               Column 1     Column 2     Column 3     Total Column

Row 1      200,000          300,000     500,000          1,000,000

Row 2          20%               30%          50%                    100%
