"Global Standard" or Benchmark for Forecast Accuracy

Hello,

Does anyone have like a "Global Standard" or Benchmark for Forecast Accuracy? If I got a 67% accuracy for a particular Category/Week, is there a way to know that it is within global standards/benchmark?
