Fixed Amount addition in Tax Calculation

Hi,

I have setup tax based on Line Amount. Tax Rate will be applied to payable invoice line amount to calculate Tax Amount. I have a scenario in which I need add Fixed Amount (1500) to the Tax Amount calculated.

Invoice Line = Rs. 100,000

Tax Rate = 15%

Fixed Amount = 1500

Tax Amount = 100,000 * 15% + 1500

Tax Amount = 16500

How to achieve this ? Please suggest.
