ER Debugger Not Triggering

Hi,

ER Debugger is not hitting at the breakpoints for all the applications (Tested both with custom as well as standard). This issue started after upgrading operating system from windows 7 to windows 10.

For UBE's it is working fine.

Tried killing java.exe, restarted the machine, still same issue.

Also followed the steps provided in the Doc ID 634824.1 but no luck.

TR: 9.2.1.2,

Application Release: 9.1,

OS: Windows 10,

App Server: Weblogic.

Please help us in resolving the issue.
