problem with error is SBL-DAT-00279 on Record Type = Activity

After the last update I have a lot of problems with user privileges.

I have a problem with activity filling and workflow dumps.

The most common error is SBL-DAT-00279 Acess denied on Record Type = Activity.

In "Access Profile" record typ = Activity i have as read/edit, which "Related Information" can be responsible for this?

I check every possition in "Access Profile"

Form example My workflow look's like this:

Workflow's work properly only on the administration role.

Please help me in this problem.
