Order Import

Inserted few lines in order interface and one line is with 05 status. Order import got processed except the line which is having 05 item. Order import should fail if any one of the line item is having problem. But now order got created without line item(05). I don't want to create the order if any one line is having issue. is there any way to achieve this?
