Is there any Module Documentation for CAM and how it meets business needs?

I have been reviewing the documentation I could find about Capital Asset Management modules in JDE 9.2 and I just cannot find any good module documentation about how it meets business needs for Asset Management, with regards to Differed Maintenance, predicting future capital renewal, ability to attach photos, documents, cad drawings, Costs based upon RSMeans, or other standard industry estimating and EUL.  vendor updates of estimated costs, Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) compatible Geographic Information System module or integrate with one, be able top prioritize Repair and renewal requirements, mobile hand held ability, what browsers compatible, a Facility Condition Index
