Nettable & Non Nettable Sub Inventories

Is it possible to have a sub inventory nettable for inventory but not for MRP considerations.

We have a service/spares sub inventory where we dio not want to share stock with the rest of the business but if it is non nettable then the on hand will not be considered and stock will continue to be replenished.

Al ot of the items are used across the business. Although we can use safety stocks it is not possible to have safety stocks assigned to a sub inventory only at organization level.
